Не понравилось ничего. Этот Отель должен закрыться, ему нельзя принимать туристов. Необходимо поменять руководство отеля, необходимо заняться сменой персонала , повышением качества услуг, необходимо на 100% сменить персонал , занимающийся обеспечением питания, приготовлением еды, поддержкой уборки и чистоты.
Не понравилось вообще ничего. Не советую никому этот отель. Началось с того, что на картах прежнее название отеля отсутствует, таксисты его не могут найти. Далее ещё хуже. Нас поселили в номер, который не убирался ...много лет. На стенах ковёр пыли толщиной около сантиметра, мебель сломана. Такого мы ещё в жизни ни разу не видели. На полу грязь, крошки от прежних жильцов, балкон загажен птицами . Вернулись на ресепшен, нам поменяли номер. Кошмар из грязи продолжился, но хотя бы стены были чистые и мебель почти целая, не было остатков грязи от прошлых жильцов. Заплатили горничной , чтобы нам убрали номер, вызвали сантехника ( вода не протекала в поддоне и в раковине). Постельное белье и полотенца за 10 дней не поменяли ни разу. Качество полотенец кошмарное, дырки, только на выброс. Меняли, если заплатишь горничной, два раза просили на ресепшен поменять полотенца. Меняли. Полотенца для пляжа большей частью грязные (видимо, не стирают, дай бог, что прополаскивают). Полотенца есть не всегда . Кухня: грязь. Посмотрели в первый вечер на предлагаемые блюда и поняли, что бока здесь не наедим и это хорошо. Мы не ходили к началу завтрака, обеда и ужина. Приходили на час позднее начала. Бывали случаи, когда тарелок не было вообще.столы грязные, бумагу, индивидуальную салфетку, практически наменяют, подметит веничком крошки и укладывают вилки - ножи. Из овощей хорошо, если за 10 дней пару раз были огурцы, пару раз белокочанная капуста,раз 5 были салатные листья. В остальное время -маринованная свекла и морковь. Чаще всего видели пустые блюда, чем еду. Так что на завтрак можно было есть только яичницу или омлет , на ужин жареное мясо или рыбу. Креветки видели два раза. Готовят огромную сковороду паэльи, в ней.... 10 креветок. На две тарелки, а риса на час. Приготовили и более не готовят. Сотрудник ленивые. Обед идёт три часа. Пожарили мясо на решетке , отдыхающие разобрали, а они стоят и разговаривают, зачем новую порцию жарить?

Ничего не понравилось. Отель себя оценивает в 4*. Реально это минус 4.
Сотрудники ленивые, постоянно обманывают и вымогают деньги за смену полотенец и белья. Без денег вообще не меняют. Убирают плохо, чаще вообще не убирают. Мебель сломана, ремонта давно не было. Из трёх лифтов работал только один. Вымогают деньги, одежду, обувь. Грязно в столовой, еды почти нет, морепродукты так вообще не подают. Овощей нет, фруктов почти нет, только ананасы, но они хороши.
